SMC Signs MoU with Unity PG College

Samvad Mediation Centre and Unity PG College, Lucknow have signed the MoU to advance mediation and related activities through mutual collaboration at the regional and national level. The MoU ceremony was also accompanied by a special interactive session by Dr. Umar, Lead Trainer at SMC. He clarified aspects of mediation as a career prospect for students of the college.

In several jurisdictions, more than 90 percent of the cases are settled out of court. India is on the same trajectory.

This is a wonderful time for young students, ADR teachers, and legal professionals to make a career in mediation and master pre-litigation strategies.
