The Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow in collaboration with Samvad Mediation Centre, Lucknow hosted the National Conference on Arbitration and Mediation on 28 April 2024. The event saw intense discussion by participants hailing from on the general and particular aspects of ADR including, inter alia, role of technology in mediation and arbitration, appointments, jurisdiction, family mediation and international commercial arbitration.
